I created this doorway “page” many years ago,
long before sharing “pages” and ideas on Pocket Perspectives,
as I was trying to gain greater clarity about what I was trying to “do” with my creativity….
attempting to access a more “conscious” awareness of ….
what?… I was creating
why?… I was trying to bypass “language” as the direct communication tool
deeper motivations for and awareness about?… using images, symbols, metaphors
what?… I was trying to nurture and develop
why?… I was sharing this manner of “expression” with others
what?… I hoped others might access from the shared ideas

And hence, the “doorways” page
so many magical doorways,
so many possibilities
~
~
May we each enter through our chosen doorways,
developing and nurturing
the many wonderful qualities mentioned in that page
and may we share those qualities with others in our lives.
~
Nurturing…
clarity, understanding and wisdom,
curiosity and courage,
wiser perspectives and understanding,
patience, tolerance and acceptance,
kindness, love, compassion and generosity,
leading to increasing personal and shared happiness among us all…
~
I wonder….

going in?…or venturing out?
both directions important

so many exquisite, imaginative and magical doorways
available to us all

Marie, do you have a few favorites?
I wonder if one’s choice among those doors, on a certain day, might indicate what one is/might be intuitively intrigued by?
I often like the door on the yurt, but today seem to like the celestial looking door/gate on the left, 3rd from the top. 🙂

Excellent thoughts and photographs ~ I love the blue door, second from the left on the bottom. There is something intriguing about doorways ~ I have photos and paintings of a few that excite me, wondering what might be behind these magic portals! And because we are looking from the outside, I always think of them opening inwards ~ allowing me into a different world, where anything might happen! 🙂
