initiating activities in which we might be “being proactive” throughout a day,
using this sequence as we’re engaging in activities,

reflecting…..at the end of a day,
reflecting upon….what we actually did that may have been  “proactive,”
appreciating whatever we’re doing….or whatever we may have done…
(even if it’s only “teeny-tiny”)

I’m reading a really interesting book:  “Curious?” by Todd Kashan
Through reading and exploring ideas in Kashan’s  book,
I’m realizing
that I might be able to activate my own abundant sense of “curiosity” …
as an energizer to get going…to become more proactive…
