Until a few days ago, I had never heard of “Wind Phones” … but apparently people all around the world set up old, non-functiong phones in appealing spots in nature. And people walking past the phones are picking up the receiver and talking to whomever they might be missing or wishing to communicate with.

I love this idea!

So… I started brainstorming ideas for how to make one!
Maybe spray painting our old wall phone and attaching it to the birch tree in our yard?
Or attaching it to the lovely maple tree in our front yard?

But then I thought …
“hmmm???…”
“how about if I use an old, non-functioning cell phone?”
“If I use an old cell phone, I can use the cell phone anywhere I wish!”

So!
Creating my very own …
“Wind Song Spirit Phone”
which is “bringing a smile to my heart!”
