Each of us pulling on our own color of rope….
not realizing that everyone’s ropes are different…
sometimes seeming similar for awhile…
and then… POOF!…
different
~
So many positive, healthy qualities of each color of rope…
each color of mind
Some wonderful, positive qualities of mind associated with each color of rope
So many wonderful, positive qualities of each color of mind when feeling comfortable…

But…. when feeling stressed, threatened or overwhelmed…
a few potential, less positive qualities of each color of mind
~

of course…
we may flip between positive and negative states of mind…
sometimes….comfortable
sometimes…. stressed…
the potential for each one is there
~
Sometimes, various people are simply pulling on different colors of rope…
pulling on their own color of rope
sometimes pulling gently…sometimes more strenuously
ropes specific to their own minds…
And meanwhile…I’m pulling on ropes specific to my mind…
Not “right”…not “wrong”…simply “different”…

Sometimes…
a sense of a tug of war…
But there isn’t just one rope…
each person is living one’s own color of rope
~
Slowly…slowly…slowly….
Developing a greater awareness and understanding of this dynamic
Hopefully, developing an acceptance and wisdom about those dynamics…
Sometimes…simply different…

We sometimes might hold tightly to our own color of rope…
our own motivations, wants, wishes, hope to have’s…
But sometimes…
when we’re tilting into “negative”…
into “hurting,” “wanting” or “unhappiness”…
the most positive choice might be
to open to the awareness, understanding and wisdom about these dynamics…
the dynamics of interactions between different colors of “ropes”…
the different wants, needs, motivations of each color,
the dynamics of “the hand of mind” holding on too tightly to one’s color of rope…
and to simply let go of the rope….let go of the preferences, wants or wishes…
to realize “cooperation” might not be going to happen…
perhaps even…can’t happen right now…
…conflicting qualities of colors…
and…as much as possible….to let it go

Of course….after all of these detailed images, explanations and possibilities…
Maybe…??? ….there might be another possibility, too????
Maybe there is no solid “rope” of mind…????
Maybe….only imagined, created perceptions, perceived by us as true….
but manufactured by our minds…distorted by our own filters???
Maybe so…..??? Maybe not so…..???
hmmmmmmmmmmm….. I wonder………………???
Maybe one “fixed view” might be believing that everything we think and feel is “true….”
hmmmm…….”Maybe…not so…..?”
