F.E.A.R: False Evidence Appearing Real …but it’s NOT

I saw this acronym: FEAR= “false evidence appearing real” in an article a few months ago…and it seemed to have so much insight. I then added a few more words of my own after each letter…

I try to keep these words and ideas  in mind

when I notice a sense of worry or anxiety…

they seem to help.
