I’ve tended to think of and enjoy “muse energies” relating to experiences of “joy” and “delight.”

This weekend, I realized or recognized that “muse energies” can arise and contribute to insights, understandings and awarenesses in both uplifing circumstances and problematic experiences…

What a surprise and blessing that was and continues to be to have those “muse energies” arise, no mater what’s going on … leading to so many deeper awareness, understandings, thankfulness and peace of mind!
