Notice, Appreciate: Lake Tenaya, in Yosemite National Park
Here are two more pages…created to
- help me learn to come back to the present moment,
- notice where I am and see what is happening,
- and to appreciate the beauty or goodness in that moment…
Although I used photos from nature, it would be just as helpful to have a photo of people…because relationships with people are just as precious as being in nature…perhaps a bit more challenging at times, but even more precious.
The photos include: an apple tree blooming in our front yard, a waterfall under a stone bridge on the road into Yosemite Valley, looking across Lake Tenaya, in the high country of Yosemite National Park, McClure’s Beach at Point Reyes National Seashore.
