Several years ago, during a very personally challenging time, I found these Well Being and Resilience points on the Mayo Clinic website. I thought that the points might be helpful so I created my very own checklist, including those suggestions .

I’ve used this checklist for years, to remind myself…again and again and again…of positive, proactive ways to encourage and nurture my own senses of well being and resilience. By encouraging those in myself,  I also contribute more to those around me…a spreading benefit!

Well, right now…the times are challenging and  seem appropriate for re-engaging and living more proactively with the suggestions on this Resilience and Well Being list.

I’m sharing these ideas that I’ve been using,  in case anyone else might find them helpful.  They do  help!  I’m living proof of that!

Happy Spring Renewal Wishes
to everyone who arrives here…

there’s so much beauty around us each and every day!
please, try to recognize and re-engage with this beauty!
please, try to re-inspire your spirit!
please, try to soothe your heart!
please, try to nurture your soul!
please, try to encourage your own senses of well being and resilience
please…be well, be careful, stay well
please…share your own beauty, love, care and wisdom with the world

with much love,  Kathy
