Ahhhhhhhh….the many  “comings and goings” in our lives…the continuing and continual “comings and goings” of situations, circumstances, people, friendships, connections.

~

~

Much of the time, at least for me,  life seems quite steady, consistent and stable… living and appreciating the wonderful-ness of steady relationships with people…the  love, warmth, friendships and connections.  These are all so precious.

~

~

That apparent steadiness seems so consistent, so continuing, so reliable….so predictable, so trustable.

And yet… the “reality” is… (and, at times, this is such a bewildering surprise to me)… everything is always changing…everything….100 % …constantly, continually changing…. whether I consciously realize that or not…things change… continual comings and goings….there are continuing  “hello’s” … warmth, love, friendship…”thank you’s” …. and “good bye’s”

And so…to appreciate the beauty of so much warmth, love and friendship in our lives… to be thankful and filled with gratitude…to live with and to say “thank you” each and every day…thankful for the abundance and beauty of this amazing warmth, love and friendship…

~

To  learn to understand and accept…whether I “like” it or not, things do change…and lead, at some point,  to  “good bye’s”… to not be so “caught off guard” and so “bewildered” and “surprised” by that… we don’t know when, we don’t know how…but to learn to accept that things “change…”…and to appreciate what is “here” while it is here.

~

To realize and accept… everything is constantly changing…

~

….. remembering the “dynamic” nature of everything in our lives…….

….. remembering to live with a sense of deep appreciation and thankfulness, while that amazing preciousness is “here….” in our lives right now…….

And when things do change, to continue to carry these precious qualities and that deeply felt appreciation in each of our hearts….

~
