Hi Judith, I hope people realize how useful actually using those strategies can be!
Those of us who have been in “shelter in place,” mode in the San Francisco Bay area, ( week 3 coming up for me) and so many other areas, are having to learn significant, unfamiliar adaptations for living our everyday lives! The ideas on that list have been really helpful for me, especially if/when I go into “confused” mode with unfamiliar circumstances..
It’s so strange to need to adapt to “self-isolating” (hard!!!) and to find ways of depending on others for help with shopping for foods, (over 65 years old = 100% social isolation in the home) disinfecting supplies etc. It’s a very steep learning curve for us.
Yesterday, we did figure out how to use Insta-cart for grocery shopping and actually got our food delivery on the front porch! Hurray! And we have 4 boxed meal kits/ week arriving from Blue Apron and Hello Fresh…delicious, well balanced recipes and meals!!! )
Please, be well, stay well, stay safe!

Very glad to see that you are back posting regularly… we all need calming words of wisdom, especially now. And yes, you are right that when one way doesn’t work, it just means we need to figure out another way.
