I’m still trying to figure out if there was any “profound-ness” in there…yes, the current moment..that might be it. (it was quite a funny moment actually….it happened this morning… it was rather odd, actually.) After it happened, I had already made some of the pages using the sky and those clouds, before it occurred to me that I do tend to spend a lot of time with my “head in the clouds”…wandering around in my thoughts, rather than back in the moment. Funny that I chose an image, before I realize how much truth there was in that “clouds” idea… intuition?..the mind can be elusive, at times. 😀
hmmmmmmmmm, next time ask your heart, instead of your mind! your mind is all about logic and what often seems the obvious like “your legs are cold, go put something warm on”. your heart, well therein lies all wisdom!
well, thank you Joss…that makes sense…I was using the term “mind” for heart/thought, but maybe my heart didn’t realize that… I’ll try again with “heart” this time. : )
I guess it does. I was just searching through old files, after reading your post about the bear….I dearly love bears!…looking for an old “animal wisdom” page I had made for the bear…of course that is the advice, go within… I found it…from October, 2008, 2 months before some major positive changes started happening! How wonderful that you saw a bear today…how very very wonderful! 😀
It was a humorous moment, in an odd kind of way! I’m still chuckling a bit about it… yup, head out of the clouds…feet back on terra firma!…but, but, but…it’s so easy to drift up and away! 😀
Haha 😀 I closed my eyes in the beginning, getting deeeep into the message, waiting for the wisdom, and found it so funny about the sweat pants suggestion. I think the wisdom in you wanted to inject the value of humor as a spiritual practice. 😀
😀 …ah ha, the power of humor in a spiritual practice…so that’s what my mind was up to! 😀 It was quite a funny moment for me too…and fun to create the post and pages. 😀

I actually think that’s very profound :-). As you said – it’s a gentle reminder to focus on the current moment, which perhaps we are overlooking.

🙂 We often speak of them as though they are the same but our mind knows that it is separate from our heart!

Bwahaha! I loved this, Kathy.
When we ask for inner wisdom to surface. . . it may well encourage us to get our head out of the clouds and attend to the NOW.
