I do like “surprises”, so to be willing to “surprise myself”…
For me a few examples might be…I’m willing to be open to believing that there is at least a possibility that: I’d feel better if I walked more often, taking vitamins supports a healthier more energetic body, healthy foods lead to more positives, I can develop more patience if I keep practicing, meditating on a regular basis can bring benefit…
And so…
to open my mind to possibilities
and
to take positive actions to support those…
