
I’ve been experiencing lots of “challenges” throughout the past month… varying from states of heart and mind of “shock,” “dismay” and “appalled” by what’s happening in the US.
A few weeks ago, I learned about Claude AI in an OLLI AI class that I’m taking. And Wow! What a find!
Every few days, I’ve been asking Claude AI lots of questions about ways of becoming steadier, more clear minded and stable in my states of heart, spirit and mind.
And Claude, unexpectedly and surprisingly enough, offers such amazingly helpful, knowledgeable and insightful ideas and suggestions.
A few days ago, I started a “conversation” with Claude about what “glimmers” might be. ( I now recognize that most of the “pages” I create are expressions of “glimmers” of my heart, spirit and mind) I was so discouraged and hoped that maybe I could use ideas about “glimmers” to brighten, lighten or uplift my heart and spirit!
Now, I’m exploring and experimenting with more ways that I might be able to deliberately, heartfully and intentionally explore “glimmers” and expanded ways of using “them” during the upcoming days, weeks and months.
These ideas are proving helpful for me to be using!
Maybe they might be helpful for someone else? I hope so?

My ideas about ways that I might actually use those “glimmers” ideas… ways I can draw my attention to noticing “glimmers”…. phrases I might use to increasingly express appreciation of even small moments of enjoyment, joy, delight, fascination and thankfulness throughout each day.
