when we might have those uncomfortable moments of concern…
perhaps a bit of confusion or worry…
maybe things not going the way we may have hoped or anticipated
Becoming aware of some discomfort
and shifting out of that frame of mind….
Nurturing, comforting and reassuring ourselves or others…
imagining the gentle, nurturing “motion” and colors of a wisteria blossom

Along the left side….gracefully following the lines on those wisteria vines,
more wonderful and nurturing qualities
all embedded within and enriching the “perfections”
“loving kindness, compassion, empathetic joy and equanimity”
nurturing those each and every day….
but especially during those moments when we might be feeling overwhelmed….
adding comfort, reassurance and nurturing
