“Today….it’s given to you….it’s a gift….”

An except from Louis Schwartzberg’s TED video, “Gratitude”

~

Isn’t that a beautiful reminder?….to learn to live our lives with the awareness that each day of  lives is a gift…it’s given to us…and it’s a gift….to value…to appreciate…to cherish…and to be filled with gratitude for “the great gift that this unique day is”….and to use it well….

And to keep in mind….
it’s not really that “full day”….
life is “each moment” in the day…
each moment is a gift…
to realize and learn…
to appreciate each moment IS to appreciate life…
to do this as much and as often as we can…
to live each moment well…

Each moment as if it is the very first anyone ever breathed here on this wonderful planet—and the last moment as if it is final peace of utter restfulness! Oh, WOW! What a combination! Bless you for the repost about gratitude from that TED talk!

    • Gratitude does seem to bring such a wonderful reminder of the fullness in our lives….and seems to set the tone for the multiplying of that fullness, too…. I’m happy that you could relate to this idea too…. : )
