Enermazing, of Create the Life You Want, wrote the words in that selection, “Hope Comes From a Large Family,” in a comment on Mirth and Motivation’s blog. I was so moved by her words that I asked her permission to make the quote into a “page.” The next thing I knew, that page had morphed into a youtube “video booklet.” (best viewed full screen) Thank you Enermazing for your special words….

WoW! Now that that is what I call creative expansion… You did a superb job with that comment. I am very impressed. Kudos! 🙂

Thank you…I guess that’s something I seem to do…expand on other people’s words….I sometimes don’t have the actual words to express my own intuitive types of ideas…so I seem to try to “translate” words from others into my own image/symbol/color manner or language of perceiving or understanding. I made the page ( in this following link ) a few years ago to try to express what I try to do… using the idea of doorways: https://pocketperspectives.wordpress.com/2011/07/22/doorways-with-curiosity-and-courage/
That “hope” comment is such a special quote and such an important reminder…thank you again to Enermazing….she has such an effective and insightful way of expressing her ideas….

I think those words/qualities are a helpful way of looking at “hope”…and once I got going on the pages, they kind of made themselves…sometimes that seems to happens. (do you suppose that’s part of that right brain idea from the “stroke of insight” TED video on your site? And “hope” probably benefits from activation of both sides of the brain, too )

Nothing is ever completely “new”, we always build on something existing. You can find the words I used in any English dictionary 😉 and without the situations I have been exposed to, the people I met, plus the trigger of Elizabeth’s post I may never have made this connection.
Life is about creation, and creation is essentially about teamwork, about connecting existing dots in a different, unique way.
No one else but you, Kathy, would have had the idea to take those words and express them visually the way you did 😎
