maybe… sometimes getting stuck in habitual patterns…
So….learning to shift…
…learning to become more aware…
…noticing when facing backward…
…letting go of doing that…
…turning around….
…facing forward…
…sitting in the present moment….
…creating possibilities for the future…
….riding forward….
…with clarity, awareness, courage and enthusiasm…

Thank you Nancy….and the calm abiding…phew…..lots to it…it’s a 5 weekend class, so I’ll try to develop more patience and stamina.
