we do know what we dig them for….

with a strong sense of intention and purpose
and, perhaps to leap….
with courage, strength, curiosity and enthusiasm…

ps…I have had sooooooooo much fun on these blogs the past 2 weeks….creating new pages, posting, enjoying all the people who come to Pocket Perspectives and Reflections for a Friend, enjoying exploring other people’s blogs…what playful, enjoyable and thought filled weeks I’ve had…and now…off to the world of elementary school…helping kids, hearing about their own vacations, helping them reflect on what was positive about this past year and what they want for this year, teaching, testing, report writing, meetings…but hopefully plenty of time for play, joy and thought too…. : ) whoosh….away I go…. : )

I hadn’t remembered that the mining for jewels was in the song..saw it as it was pasted…the jewels of everyday moments. then notice how much mine, mine, mine there was and thought of the me, me, me aspect of it… those little dwarfs offered some ideas, indeed. : ) They deserve their own page.

Oh, that’s so funny…my daughter says the same thing to me…. It used to catch me off guard… “but, but, but…..I’m the mom….I’m supposed to be the mature one…. ” 🙂

I spend my days in the world of kids, so sometimes get to mix stories, songs, lyrics, animals and metaphor, without them realizing the mix…and hence…the polar bear and the sever dwarfs, mingling on the same page. : )
