True to my own North Star….

The ideas on this image/page  came from the weekly Just One Thing (JOT) newsletter,      “Lower the Pressure  by Rick Hansen, author of Buddha’s Brain and the newly published book Just One Thing.

I like that idea of being “true to my own North Star”
a vision and aspiration for direction in  life,
but keeping grounded in the awareness
that in this moment,
we are
“likely to be…
safe enough,
fed enough
and good enough”

as we are….

here’s a very short little “lullaby”
….soothing and reassuring…
I created it for myself
using these
“true to my North Star”
words

    This is another gem especially since I am reading this in the evening. 🙂 Being true to our North star is a worthy focus to have in life.
