I like having that for an acronym…..
We’ve been working hard on that one too,..the “wise speech” ideas…. in our home and in my classroom….huge changes as a result…absolutely HUGE!!!

I try to keep those in mind for thinking too..much harder for me than speech, mostly difficult with less positive thoughts towards myself
