I received this kind wish from a friend a few years ago…
A wish for each and every one of us…

wishing for a balance of ….
relaxation and productivity

a blossoming of…
happiness and contentment

and the developing of….
a peaceful, steady and stable mind…

And so I continue to pass this wish along….
may we nourish and develop these qualities
each and every day of our lives….
