Hi Carol, You’re very welcome…. I find it at helpful “mantra,” too. I have that actual small glass heart hanging in one of our sunny windows!
And guess what? I just signed up to volunteer/help teaching English to women/mothers who are part of Refuge Transitions program in Oakland! A new venture to explore! (I found it through an OLLI class that I just started yesterday in Berkeley…so many opportunities!
