The past 3 weeks have been so rich with that reminder…before we left and throughout our time in Ireland…it’s the connections and love amongst all that matters…and to savor those while they’re here, for as long as they’re “here”….
I’m happy to be home…a bit of an adjustment due to changes, but still happy and thankful to be here. Ireland was magically wonderful…the people, the sites, the ancient stories, the astoundingly varied and beautiful countryside, the deep sense of spirituality, the music…and so much more…magically wonderful… we felt so thankful to be there.
Oh, Marie, we had a wonderful time listening to live traditional Irish music…we loved it! We went to listen to an Irish group in Berkeley last night… Cherish the Ladies…wonderful musicians and singers! And, yes…. we ate FAR too much food….Irish breakfasts are BIG! Uh oh, time to moderate on food! It was a wonderful few weeks!
It’s always a mystery to me the way people shape people, even without you knowing it. There is something profoundly mysterious and wonderful about our influence over one another
I’m fascinated and filled with a sense of awe by how powerfully relationships are in shaping people…as you say, even without realizing that is happening….it almost feels like there is an “entity” or “energy” far beyond people (or animals) relating to each other…with an essence of it’s own…amazing!
