seasoned pots… a lot like the dynamics of “seasoned” minds…

subtle lingering flavors in pots…
so many different “spices” and “seasonings”…
subtle lingering “flavors” in our minds…

such an abundance of “spices” and “flavors”

increasing awareness can lead to nurturing and choosing more positive flavorings…

“seasonings” of the mind…
so many “spices”
so many “flavors”
awareness of this ongoing dynamic,
awareness of and letting go of the “negatives”
awareness of and developing more positives
awareness, developing, choice
so many “flavors”
so much positive potential

I LOVE my seasoned pots!!! I even have a type of teapot meant to season for tea … one for green tea, earl grey, oolong … that’s as far as I’ve gotten with them. Supposedly, over time, eventually I will only have to add hot water!! 😀

Aren’t seasoned pots wonderful? And that’s amazing that a teapot can be imbued with the actual tea…wow! Keep us posted!

Very nice! This reminds me to be live mindfully, to be aware of the different flavors that are in my mind…

I’ve started noticing some of those more “subtle” flavors in my everyday life/reactions/thoughts… there sure seem to be lots of them. I guess awareness is a positive step…and seeing them as simply “lingering” flavors. I’m trying to keep in mind that brain science/ neuropsychologist report that the “brain” reacts like teflon with “positives” and velcro with negatives… well, maybe in “seasoned pot” terms that might be “cast iron” for negatives?
