    I LOVE my seasoned pots!!! I even have a type of teapot meant to season for tea … one for green tea, earl grey, oolong … that’s as far as I’ve gotten with them. Supposedly, over time, eventually I will only have to add hot water!! 😀

    Very nice! This reminds me to be live mindfully, to be aware of the different flavors that are in my mind…

    • I’ve started noticing some of those more “subtle” flavors in my everyday life/reactions/thoughts… there sure seem to be lots of them. I guess awareness is a positive step…and seeing them as simply “lingering” flavors. I’m trying to keep in mind that brain science/ neuropsychologist report that the “brain” reacts like teflon with “positives” and velcro with negatives… well, maybe in “seasoned pot” terms that might be “cast iron” for negatives?
