Aren’t those trees amazing?… there were dozens and dozens of them… very magical! We saw quite a few deer too…grazing quietly along the path.

beautiful trees. There’s something about being outside, under the sky, feet feeling the beat of Mother Earth and drinking in the sights and sounds of her bounty that refreshes the soul and reminds us of our connection to all of life. Thank you for sharing this magical place with us.

It was so lovely… the walk was on the hills directly above/behind the location of the butterfly weekend…we parked there and hiked/meandered up the hills….just beautiful…the meandering path went through magical terrains. : )

MY heart felt joy and I felt like taking a walk now except it’s the a.m. on my side of the fence; that’s how uplifting your post is! Lovely trees and hills. I want to take a walk in Mt. Hood during the next few months so will encourage Phil to drive us up there.

It was such a gentle little trail, with such softness in the hills, grass and buckeye trees…and such remarkable angles in the oak branches…And to think, these kinds of hikes are all around us…just waiting for us to venture outside…which I often don’t do. A good reminder for myself. : )
Oh, how wonderful to walk at Mt. Hood…maybe post a few photos after your walk?
