Yesterday, I updated the collection of pocket perspectives…
ideas and images I’ve posted during the past few months,
a few of the ideas that I hold dear to my heart,
reformatted as little “cards”
cards that I put in my pocket each morning,
reminders, encouragement and affirmations
of ideas I’m learning and embracing
“pocket perspectives”
~
I decided to update the “suncatcher” collection, too
to update the ideas that sit on our windows,
reminders of the ideas I want to learn or embrace
letting the sun shine through these ideas
bringing them to the light
including them more richly
in how I’m trying to live my life…
~
Some readers have commented that they enjoy seeing the simpler images,
one at a time,
rather than the multiple images in posts
and so I share a few of them here
a few individual images
from earlier posts
soon to be hanging in sunny windows

Oh, you’re welcome Roberta….I enjoy creating them….and using them too. (except for those days when I’m feeling a bit “grumpy” and won’t follow my own suggestions…ah, the feisty mind! But, then I can often trick myself by making them “pretty”…I’m a sucker for “pretty things”… ; ) )

They all are really so beautiful, and I can really appreciate how they help focus attention on thoughts and emotions that uplift and energize. It’s amazing how quickly we can lose that, and need to be pulled back! These “perspectives” are truly special. D

Your art is very inspiring and beautiful. I was wondering if I could print out a couple for myself, or do you have them just for display? I enjoy the positive and kind words and images very much, and wanted to say “thanks” for sharing them with us. 🙂

I’m so happy that you relate to the ideas….sometimes I tend to get unsure whether they’re helpful to others, so I appreciate your feedback. Please feel free to print out anything you like…everything in this blog is here to be shared freely… I’m happy to think of others finding value from them, too. Kathy ps…there are lots more individual images and cards up in the “Pocket Cards Sets” tab along the top right side of the headline area. Here’s an example of them, Set 5 https://pocketperspectives.wordpress.com/card-sets/pocket-reminder-cards-set-5/

Changing habitual patterns of viewing the world is HARD . . . we need constant reminders. This is a wonderful collection! 😀

thanks Nancy…I’m continually amazed by how hard it can be to NOT slip back into habitual patterns…it’s actually quite humbling to have that happen, which has been happening the past few weeks. These images were quite gentle and sweet…I might need to shift into “kick in the seat of the pants” reminders soon. : ) …I’m finding out that not working at a regular daily “job” has a few challenges…how do you do it? I might need to send myself off to a remedial “productive, not going to work every day” school.
