thank you…I like the idea of that kinesthetic sense of a foot on an actual step,,,and physically transitioning, going “up,” … from one step to the next.

thank you Art….”creating” it started out easy-ish, then I got a bit dizzy in the curves. Thank you so much for that “image” of the staircase…I find it so helpful. I’ve thought of that idea/image/motion many times in the past few days, when my mind attempted to step backward, onto a stair that has already disappeared…a clear reminder to release and come back to this moment and set intention for the next moment…thanks.
